This policy explains what personal information Lova LLC ("we", "us") collects through The Viral Formula website and program, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name and email address, and your phone number if you choose to provide it. We save what you type into the checkout form as you enter it, so we may have your email address even if you do not finish your purchase.
- Payment information: payments are handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation of your order and what you bought. We do not see or store your full card number.
- How you use the site and program: pages viewed, the ad or link that brought you here, device and browser type, and similar information collected through cookies and tracking pixels.
How we use it
- To take payment and give you access to what you bought.
- To email you about your order, your access and support requests.
- To follow up if you start checkout and do not finish.
- To send you marketing emails, and texts if you opted in, about our products. You can opt out at any time.
- To measure how our advertising performs and to improve the site and program.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Service providers. We share information with companies that help us run the business, such as our payment processor, our email and customer management platform, and our website host. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
Advertising partners. We use tracking tools from advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram). When you visit, start checkout or buy, we send them information about that action, which can include your email address in a scrambled (hashed) form, so we can measure our ads and show ads to you and to people like you. Under some state laws this counts as sharing personal information for advertising.
Legal reasons. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and pixels to keep the checkout working, remember how you reached us and measure advertising. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and you can control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings. Blocking cookies may affect how the checkout works.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, or reply STOP to any text.
- Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop sharing it for advertising, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you have access to the program, and afterwards for as long as we need it for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
Security
We limit access to personal information to the people and providers who need it and use providers that process payments securely. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The site and program are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
